What is Hemp Oil? Tree of Life Botanicals Hemp Oil is produced using the flower of the hemp plant. It is a tincture that is taken by dropper under the tongue. It only has 0.3% of THC so, you will not get high using this product. It is NOT marijuana. Why Tree of Life Botanicals Hemp Oil? How soon will I feel the effects of taking Hemp Oil? Since everyone is different there are no hard and fast answers to this. Remember, this is a supplement which will help your body get back to balance (homeostasis). Depending on how long you have had the issue you are working on, it could be immediate or it could take up to 3 months or longer before you notice a big difference. How much should I take and how do I take it? The best thing to do is to be consistent with the dosage, since the effects are cumulative while your body is being nourished. Rule of thumb for dosage is to take several small dosages (.25 ml) throughout the day. Start with a low dose and work up to the dose that gives you the benefits you are looking for. Keep in mind that you can only absorb .25ml under your tongue at one time. Be sure to hold this .25ml dose under your tongue for 60-90 seconds before swallowing it. If you need to use more than that, for best absorption, take one .25ml dropper and then wait 90 seconds before taking another .25ml dropper. You might need the 850mg or the 1700mg tincture bottle which is totally dependent on how it’s working for you and what you personally need. The 1700mg bottle is good to have because then you can just use less by taking a smaller dose.
