About my Bodywork:
I have long been interested in preventive, integrative care and spirituality, and have a passion for sharing these interests. I offer Reiki energy balancing treatments both In-person and Remote.
Becoming a Reiki Master in 1997 was an important step for my own healing as well as finding my passion. As a Reiki Master, I am able to share this Reiki energy with clients during individual Reiki sessions. I have been trained also in Karuna Reiki® I & II, meaning "compassionate action".

I have also learned and integrated into my practice various Upledger CranioSacral Therapy techniques.
These Bodywork Modalities can be an alternative, complementary therapy as I work with my clients from a holistic approach. I integrate all of the bodywork modalities, and spiritual direction that I have learned, into my appointments based on my individual client's needs. My Website is GREEN
